Medical Transcription Certificate Program Refund Policy:

In the event of a student's withdrawal or dismissal after instruction has begun, the following refund schedule is utilized:

 

A.    A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the nonrefundable registration and processing fee.

B.     Thereafter, a student will be liable for:

1.      Nonrefundable registration and processing fee

2.      The cost of any textbooks, CD ROMs, or equipment accepted

3.      Tuition liability as of the student's last date of online attendance.  Tuition liability is divided by the number of course sessions in the program.  Total tuition liability is limited to the course session during which the student withdrew or was terminated, and any previous session(s) completed.  (A course session is defined as 6 sessions, beginning at first day of SESSION 1)

During the third session......  75%

After the third session.......  100%
